Our initial assessment involves an evidenced based interview and physical assessment of your current condition or complaint. After the assessments we will discuss our findings with you and advise you on the best course of treatment for you and your lifestyle. Post session we will send you an e-mail with our findings through your own personalised Road to Recovery. Your Road to Recovery is a step by step plan on we would support you to achieve your physical goals. It will explain the implication of your diagnosis, what we can do to help, how we’re going to help and what you’ll need to do to help yourself. Your Road to Recovery will have a timescale, easy to understand milestones, potential pitfalls and how to avoid them on your journey towards your goal to recovery.
