Service Description

Our follow-up session are for 30 minutes. In these sessions we review where you are on your Road to Recovery, re-assess to see if your ready to move onto the next stage of your rehabilitation, give needed treatment, advice, education on your condition, and whats to be expected before your next sessions. Follow-up sessions do not need to be once a week, their timing purely depends on your condition and what you have agreed with the therapist. We do not offer follow-up sessions for anyone who hasn't had an initial assessment with us. Without the initial assessment we are unable to treat you.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
